1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 
2. Shipping Time & Methods
Local Shipping: For most orders, we provide local delivery with an estimated delivery time of 4-8 business days after dispatch.
China Shipping: In rare cases where local stock is unavailable, we will ship your order from China with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days. We will explicitly inform you of this change and obtain your consent before processing the shipment.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order weight and delivery address. The exact cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
